Your email address may not be recognized if your HealthLoop account is linked to an alternate email address. Your HealthLoop account is created with the email address provided by your doctor's office, which may be different than your preferred or main email address.
If your email address was not recognized, please try logging in with your other frequently used email addresses. One quick way to check which email address is associated with your HealthLoop account is to find one of your first HealthLoop activation emails and verify which address it was sent to.
If you are still unable to remember your email address, please contact your practice to verify which email address they used to create your HealthLoop account.
