The first step to activating your account is to verify your date of birth. If your date of birth is not recognized by the system, please follow the steps below:
- Did you enter your date of birth correctly? Remember to click on the month, day, and year bars to view the drop down menu and select the appropriate numbers for each.
- Note: 1-January 1 1960 is displayed as an example. This is not the date of birth we have on record for you, unless your birthdate happens to be 1/1/1960!
- If your date of birth is not accepted, please contact your doctor's office before reaching out to HealthLoop Technical Support. HealthLoop receives your account information directly from your doctor's office and there may be a discrepancy in their records.
