Your HealthLoop activation email contains a unique link for you to activate and create your HealthLoop account. This link is available until you have successfully activated your account, or if you haven't activated within 15 days of your procedure or episode of care.
You will see this message if your activation link has expired:
If you previously clicked the activation link and went through some of the activation steps, your account may already be activated! Have you already verified your date of birth and created a new password? If so, your account is active and ready.
If you haven't clicked the activation link and created a password within 15 days of your first HealthLoop email or within 15 days of your procedure date, your link is expired and your loop is closed. Please reach out directly to your physician's office to request a new loop to be created for you.
